Water Damage Helpline is a referral service that connects homeowners and property owners with independent water damage restoration professionals. We facilitate the connection between you and service providers — we do not perform restoration, remediation, or repair work ourselves.

When you contact us by phone or through the Site, we match you with one or more qualified professionals in your area based on the information you provide. The actual restoration services are performed by independent third-party contractors, not by Water Damage Helpline or Gump Global LLC.

No Provider Relationship

We are not a water damage restoration company, contractor, or service provider. We do not:

• Employ or supervise the service providers in our network
• Guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed
• Set pricing for services rendered by providers
• Provide insurance, licensing, or bonding for any service provider

You are responsible for evaluating and selecting any service provider, reviewing their credentials, and entering into any agreement directly with them. Any disputes regarding services performed are between you and the provider.

Response Times and Availability

Any response times referenced on our Site (such as "60-minute response") are goals based on typical provider availability and are not guarantees. Actual response times may vary based on your location, time of day, weather conditions, provider availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Service Area

Our referral network covers many areas across the United States, but we do not guarantee coverage in all locations. If we are unable to match you with a provider in your area, we will let you know.

Your Responsibilities

By using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your service needs
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with Site functionality
• Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Gump Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GUMP GLOBAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Any services performed by providers referred through our service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gump Global LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
